Dawn Capra Co-Owner/Head Coach
Dawn created 3CA (first known as Cape All Stars) in 1997, and she has been giving her time and energy to the Cape Cod cheer community for decades. Her love of Cheer was born during her years at Triton Regional High School. Since that time she has accumulated over 30 years of coaching experience at the Youth, Pop Warner, High School and All Star levels. Dawn attends numerous workshops, camps and clinics, and also judges at Massachusetts and Rhode Island high school cheer competitions. At 3CA, Dawn's on the floor leadership and experience motivates the teams and staff to work towards success. She is a credentialed member of USASF, A.C.C.A. Certified, and also CPR and First Aid certified.
Melissa Solomon
Melissa became a part of the 3CA family in 2004, when she walked through the door to sign up Chloe. Little did she know that almost 15 years later, she would be not only a co-owner, but a driving force behind the continuing growth of 3CA. You can usually find her behind the desk coordinating everything it takes to make the gym run.
Dan Solomon
Dan is known to most as Melissa's husband, and a Cheer Dad supporting everyone at 3CA. Along with Melissa, he has invested a great deal into the continuing growth of 3CA. You will see him at competitions cheering on our teams and helping out the coaches and athletes in many different ways. His favorite shows are Survivor & Cobra Kai.
Emme Capra
Emme has pretty much grown up at 3CA. She started cheering at the age of 4 and has been on teams for 15 years. She has also been a team and tumbling coach for the past 5 years. Emme has also cheered at Barnstable High School, where she was a Varsity Cheerleader and Captain.
Stephanie Peterson
My name is Stephanie, I grew up in St.Louis, MO., Moved to the Cape just before my freshman year of high school. I have 11 years of dance training. I Tried out for the cheerleding team my freshman year and cheered for Dawn 4 years at SHS.
I found my way back into the cheer world when my daughter was 3 years old and helped with the tiny tot team. After a brief hiatus we returned back to the gym post covid and have been an assistant coach for the J2 and J3 teams. I am Looking forward to another year with the 3CA family.
Bailey DeLeon
Hello, I'm Bailey, also known as "Billy". I spent 8 years as a dedicated gymnast, flipping and tumbling my way through routines. Eventually, I found my true passion in cheerleading and spent around 7 years perfecting my skills and spreading team spirit.
When I am not at the cheer gym, you can find me hard at work at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod, where I care for animals and assist with vetinary procedures. Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and I love being able to make a difference in their lives.
In my downtime, I enjoy hanging out with my beloved dog, Diesel. He brings so much joy and laughter to my life, and I cherish every moment spent with him.
Whether I'm in the cheer gym coaching or working hard at the vet clinic, I bring the same level of dedication and passion to everything I do. I'm greatful for the opportunities and experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today. I can't wait to help your success at 3CA!
