Melissa Solomon Admin

Melissa became a part of the 3CA family in 2004, when she walked through the door to sign up Chloe. Little did she know that almost 15 years later, she would be not only a co-owner, but a driving force behind the continuing growth of 3CA. You can usually find her behind the desk coordinating everything it takes to make the gym run.

Dan Solomon

Dan is known to most as Melissa's husband, and a Cheer Dad supporting everyone at 3CA. Along with Melissa, he has invested a great deal into the continuing growth of 3CA. You will see him at competitions cheering on our teams and helping out the coaches and athletes in many different ways. His favorite shows are Survivor & Cobra Kai.

Emme Capra

Emme has pretty much grown up at 3CA. She started cheering at the age of 4 and has been on teams for 15 years. She has also been a team and tumbling coach for the past 5 years. Emme has also cheered at Barnstable High School, where she was a Varsity Cheerleader and Captain.

Stephanie Peterson

Stephanie started dancing at 3 years old, ballet, tap, jazz, and attempted toe.  Dance was her passion!!!  She danced for 11 years until she moved to the Cape with her family from STL 2 weeks before her freshman year.  She decided to try out for cheer and made the team.  Stephanie's coach at Sandwich High School was Dawn Capra.  Stephanie found her way back to cheer when her daughter was 3 and she helped coach our tiny tot team for a season.  After a brief hiatus from 3CA she returned with Avery when Covid hit.  Last season we finally got the full experience and loved every second of it!  Excited to join the team as another coach and not just a cheer mom.
