Intermediate Tumbling:
Saturdays 9-10 am, Sundays 6-7 pm and Tuesdays 7-8 pm
Advanced Tumbling (must have your standing back handspring):
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm
Team Practices:
Minis...... Tuesdays 5:30-7 pm and Thursdays 4:30-6 pm
Youth..... Tuesdays 4-5:30 pm and Thursdays 6-8 pm
Juniors..... Mondays 6-7:30 and Wednesdays 4-5:30 pm
Seniors..... Mondays 7:30-9 pm and Wednesdays 6:30-8 pm
And don't forget about our
Jump Rope classes and teams.....
Mondays 4:30-6 pm
Remember if you are on one of our cheerleading teams, all your tumbling classes are FREE!
It is required that all team members attend at least 1 tumbling class a week.
Seniors..... Mondays 7:30-9 pm and Wednesdays 6:30-8 pm
And don't forget about our
Jump Rope classes and teams.....
Mondays 4:30-6 pm
Remember if you are on one of our cheerleading teams, all your tumbling classes are FREE!

Some important basics regarding competitions for all teams:
Nail polish and jewelry must be removed prior to competing this includes all ear, facial, belly, and tongue piercings.
Please arrive (have your child arrive) dressed in their complete uniform, put their cheer sneakers on upon entering the competition location, their hair should be up as previously instructed by their coach(es) with bow(s), and cheer make up should be on unless otherwise indicated by your child(ren)'s cheer coach(es).

Snow Policy: If schools are cancelled and the roads are unsafe then classes/practices are cancelled.

Starting January 29th for 6 weeks 3CA is offering a stunt school
Sundays 7-8:30 pm....the last class will be held March 4th.
