We have team groups on Facebook, go to your team's page on this website and click on the appropriate button then request to be added to the group.
This is for parents/guardians, grandparents, and team members only.
Practice Schedules:
Tiny Tots- Wednesdays, 4-5 pm.
Mini Team- Tuesdays, 5:30-7 pm and Thursdays, 4-5 pm.
Youth Team- Tuesdays, 4-5:30 pm and Wednesdays, 7-8 pm, white t-shirts, dark shorts.
Junior Team- Mondays, 7-8:30 and Wednesdays, 5-6 pm, all black.
Senior Team- Thursdays, 5-6:30 pm, advance tumbling 6:30-7:30 white t-shirt, dark shorts.
Sundays, intermediate tumbling 6-7, practice 7-8:30, pink t-shirt, dark shorts.

Practices.....
All teams should be aware of their practice schedules by now and everyone should be showing up on time and when expected. Please call when you will be absent to let the staff know.
Senior Team Only: A new absentee policy is now in place, anyone expecting to be absent for a practice due to family trips, etc, must fill out and submit an absentee request form, it must also be signed by both the cheerleader and his or her parent after which time the owners will decide whether or not to approve it. If an emergency comes up such as sickness or a death in the family, please call if you will be out, and remember, unless you are contagious, we expect you to come to practices even if injured or sick and not particapating. Keep in mind there are consequences for too many absences including dismissal from the team
Competitive cheer is a TEAM sport and requires everyone's involvement, when you are absent you suffer and your team suffers. No matter who you are or your abilities, everyone has room for improvement!
When you signed up and chosed to participate in the Cape All Stars you made a committment, your coaches and the other staff take time out of their lives to be here, we expect you to do the same.
